State agencies shall provide an ongoing information security awareness education program for all users. It is the policy of HHS that the agencies and their employees will protect the IR of the agency in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Title 1, Part 10, Chapter 202, Information Security Standard, the Information Resources Management Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 2054), and HB 2004 relating to a breach of computer security involving sensitive personal information; the protection of sensitive personal information; and certain protected health information.
